The European Commission and the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) have recently announced their 2024 International Product Safety Week Student Mentorship Programme.

The Programme is geared towards full-time students at any stage of their academic education who are interested in the field of consumer product safety.

Each student mentee will be paired up with an experienced product safety professional as their mentor. They will also get the opportunity to attend the International Product Safety Week, which will be taking place between the 14th and 17th of October, 2024 in Brussels, Belgium. This includes open sessions organised by the European Commission and the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organization (ICPHSO) International Symposium.

Participating in the Programme offers students an excellent opportunity to learn from and connect with a broad range of stakeholders, including national authorities, international regulators, consumer organisations, manufacturers, researchers and more.
